Whether you book a solo session or a session for you and your crew, we’ll show you to your private room, equipped with its own shower and supplies, providing a peaceful, personal space to unwind and enjoy your time.
Across the world, sauna and hot water bathing have been rituals for relaxation, healing, and fostering community. Whether you choose to spa alone, with a partner, or a group, The Rise provides spaces to relax in meditative serenity or to strengthen your bonds and destress through social connection.
Better health and better sleep go hand-in-hand. Soaking in our magnesium-rich flotation rooms offers a powerful reset for the nervous system, decreases anxiety and promotes more restorative sleep.
Ease sore muscles in our hydrotherapy pool, sauna and magnesium salt floats. Or take a cold plunge to reduce inflammation and recover from athletic performance more quickly. And as a bonus, our compression boots help circulation and lymphatic drainage while simulating a therapeutic leg massage.
Both hot and cold water immersion have been shown to strengthen the immune system and keep us functioning at our best. Most exciting, we think, is that studies now show that the benefits to cardiovascular and neurological health may be the reason for a 40% reduction in all-cause mortality risk for regular, frequent sauna bathers.

Yes, we will offer memberships to suit the unique needs of our local community. We will also offer packages for services and one-off bookings. And we’ll accept walk-ins!
